PresFest is back and better than ever! Join us for our FREE annual community event at Joslyn Castle on May 19, 12-5, to enjoy a fun day filled with activities, food trucks, demonstrations, entertainment, walking and bus tours of the neighborhood, and more. Businesses, nonprofits, artists, neighborhood associations, and more that keep preservation in mind will be featured throughout the Joslyn Castle & Gardens!
Thousands of you joined us last year and we are thrilled to be expanding the celebration throughout the neighborhood with our partners, including Joslyn Castle, St. Cecilia’s Cathedral, the Castle & Cathedral District, and The Durham Museum, just to name a few!
PRESERVE: Businesses, nonprofits, and neighborhood associations are eager to meet and talk with you about the services they can provide and how they support the preservation of the Omaha area. Come support small businesses and local artists as part of the day’s festivities. Also, become a member of Preserve Omaha at the fair and receive free swag!
LEARN: Watch our demonstrations to see preservation in action and learn how to preserve your own historic home. Don’t forget to snag a seat on the neighborhood bus tour hosted by the Durham Museum and/or take a walking tour to learn more about the historic Joslyn Castle neighborhood and the surrounding area!
EAT AND DRINK: Bring your appetite for our delicious food trucks and drinks!
ENTERTAINMENT: There will be music, games, and more for the whole family to enjoy!
