Restoration Exchange offers professional service to aid in land-marking a historical property. Based on information provided by you, we can estimate the total cost. Average projects require 20-30 hours. See one of our latest accomplishments: The Fairacres Historical District.
Our Fees:
- $125 per hour for National Register/Omaha Landmark applications which is ‘all inclusive’ (site visits, photography, and research) – with tax credits
- $110 per hour for National Register/Omaha Landmark applications which is ‘all inclusive’ (site visits, photography, and research) – no tax credits
